FAQ's
Can I refund a monthly subscription purchase?
No. The monthly subscriptions are not refundable. If you don’t want to keep your subscription, make sure to uncheck the auto-renewal in your dashboard or cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription before the end date, you will continue to have access until the end term without a problem.
Can I refund a book I purchased?
No. There is no refund for ebook purchases.
How can I get in touch?
You can always contact me through my email ([email protected]) and the contact page. Or fill out the contact form. You can also reach out through any of the social platforms linked down below. If it is an important matter, the email and contact form are recommended.
Will there be paperback versions of the books in the future?
Currently, there are no plans, but I am always open to it if an opportunity arrives.
I purchased a book but didn't receive it in my email. What do I do?
First, check your ‘My account’ (Also shown as ‘Dashboard’). It should be there in the Download section. If not, contact me through the contact form or my email at the bottom of this page.
I purchased a subscription/book but my payment didn't go through. What do I do?
After making sure nothing has been deducted from your wallet/bank account, close and open the website and try again. If the payment still isn’t going through, try another method or card. If that didn’t work either, (maybe because of your country’s restrictions) reach out to me through the contact form or my email at the bottom of the website.
